Customer service position at EDCR in Roosendaal. My tasks include maintaining good customer contact, placing orders in the WMS, following the progress through the supply chain and arranging transport where necessary. Previously working as Team Leader at OKNutripet. Planning personeel for the department and also dealing with different job agencies for additional temporary staff. Previously as Team Leader at EuroTec B V. situated in Roosendaal, my tasks included the motivating and training of my team. Safety, machine efficiency and performing yearly appraisals were also part of my function. I also ran the machines and performed maintenance on them when required. I have lived in the Netherlands for 30 years and have a good level of Dutch language, both spoken and written. Previously I was Team Leader with customer service tasks at Budelpack and started this role in 2012 for one of the larger projects in a cleanroom environment packing dairy cultures and led a team of between 11 and 15 people. Customer service, personeel planning, work planning, supply chain planning, problem solving and communicating daily with the customer were all part of my tasks. I worked daily with SAP and Microsoft office. Within Budelpack, I gained experience with the implementation of the 5-S system, SMED, LEAN. experienced with HACCP and also been given the independance to run and control my own line as the line coordinator. I held the function of a senior operator. This involves being a key team member on new projects, from the kick-off meeting through to production. I have been tested at an HBO level of learning and understanding and I have gained an equivalent to an MBO + diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Operations ( Facilitaire Dienstverlening ) with more than 5 years practical experience in this field. I am also willing to follow courses that will help me in any new opportunity that comes about. The combination of my technical qualifications, experience with internal communications in a production environment, eagerness to learn and my interpersonal skills are a good foundation to take on further challenges.
