I am a very personable, focused, ambitious, enthusiastic, hard-working and results-driven professional with a passion for sales. I have a 2.1 honours degree in Business and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology where I specialized in marketing and entrepreneurial activities. I have also been awarded a diploma in Selling & Sales Management, achieving 84% in my final exam. I am known to be a very energetic person and I am the type of person that loves helping others and being in a team environment. For the best part of my career I have worked in LinkedIn as a Senior Account Executive, selling across 3 of their business lines (Talent, Learning & Glint solutions) in the mid-market and enterprise space. I have consistently been a high achiever, as is evidenced by my 5 promotions over the last 7 years and a successful transfer from Dublin to the LinkedIn Sydney office. A major part of my role as the senior sales rep on my team was being the ‘go-to guy’ for my colleagues and new starters. I qualified as a LinkedIn Sales Coach back in 2017 as I wanted to help my colleagues achieve their full potential in their role. I strive to help clients address business challenges and priorities, initially by fully understanding their requirements and then providing the right solution to help them achieve their goals. Hearing from my clients about their satisfaction with the LinkedIn solution I provided and also seeing my colleagues, whom I have helped coach, achieving their true potential is what gives me true job satisfaction.
