Practice areas have encompassed wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters, premises and criminal activity premises liability, product liability, industrial accidents, pharmaceutical and medical malpractice, mental health and psychological counseling professional liability, complex matters involving psychiatric and closed head/traumatic brain injuries, slander and libel cases, intentional torts, contractual interpretations, Deceptive Trade Practices Act litigation and consumer disputes, environmental and mold litigation, vehicular accident and catastrophic trucking accidents, construction litigation, employment covenants, indemnity interpretation disputes, Jones Act personal injury litigation, and other matters involving general practice areas of civil litigation. Has represented numerous clients before multiple state professional licensing boards involving mental health and pharmaceutical practices. Over the past 20 years has served on adjunct and visiting faculties of many trial, advocacy and deposition skills courses for a number of leading educational and professional training institutes, including the National Institute for Trial Advocacy at the Southern Trial Skills Course and the Southern Deposition Skills Course, at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, Louisiana State University School of Law in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, University of San Francisco School of Law, Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Dallas Bar Association.
