jmaher@firstireland.ie. Prior to starting my career in the employee benefits world I was a personal trainer and strength coach. I loved this career, it allowed me to be part of many peoples journeys. I was passionate about helping my clients set and achieve their goals. This allowed me to develop skills that have successfully transferred into the Employee benefits space as they allow me to help companies successfully identify and implement benefits that help support their employees and strengthen their culture. I started in the Health Insurance industry in May 2015. Since January 2019 I have been working exclusively B2B.
