About John Malady

I am a Military Intelligence US Army Veteran. I have proven leadership skills that were primarily developed while in the military such as providing direction, guidance, and motivation. I am bi-lingual as I read, speak, and write in Spanish fluently. I am goal driven. I am dedicated and will see a project through from start to finish. For the past ten years I have been a member of a two person team providing support to a manufacturing company of about 275 employees. My primary focus has been employee relations. I have been involved with the sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of employees. In addition, I have coordinated with temporary staffing agencies to assist with filling vacancies. I am familiar and proficient in the way HRIS system works. I am involved on a weekly basis as to the processing of the hours and payroll. I coordinate any insurance or benefit inquiries to the proper insurance representative. In addition, I conduct investigations in support of company operations. I work well under pressure and can multi task. I provide support to the different departments in the company I work for. I support operations with progressive discipIinary measures. I am currently the company safety coordinator and have OSHA 10 training. I have vast experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.
