About John Marsh

Over the course of a long career in leadership, I have gained extensive professional experience in both operational management and business development with the last decade dedicated to leading major portfolios and heading up substantial sales teams. I have now moved back into an Operations Management role leading the After Market manufacturing and repair facilities in Australia and New Zealand. I was headhunted to launch a new operation and spearhead the establishment of a presence in the state, winning market awareness and acceptance. Later, in another role, I delivered ambitious sales targets through effective sales strategies and developing a high-performing national sales team, underpinning our successful pursuit of stretch targets. I also managed a restructure to avoid over-resourcing but was able to do so in a respectful way that unified team of sales personnel to collaborate rather than compete with one another, sharing information and opportunities for growth. I was also accountable for winning and retaining the highest value client accounts with major corporations.
