PROFESSIONAL: Business Broker, Helena/Butte Franchise Owner, Murphy Business & Financial Corp. and CCO, Secy-Treasurer, Stinson Capital Mgmt, LLC (2007-2018); Business brokerage and consultancy (MT) and registered investment adviser (CA, CO & MT). Besides managing investment portfolios, I have consulted in several acquisitions, valuations and divestitures and have provided financial and accounting analyses in support of litigation. I have also managed the sale and subsequent repossession of mineral properties for a local mining company and acted as its liaison with the Colo. Div. of Minerals and Geology and with the EPA during a reclamation project. Recently I was engaged in an assignment/sale transaction of several telecom tower leases to a major cell tower lessor. FINRA registered, Series 65 securities license. 1992-1994: Volunteer, U.S. Peace Corps: Management consultant for the Vladivostok Water and Sewer Department. I analyzed the financial performance of the department and assisted my Russian colleagues with preparation of their 1994 budget. This effort was instrumental in attracting the U.S. Agency of International Development (USAID) to begin a municipal management program in Vladivostok with a US based independent contractor. 1980-1995: Founder & President, Big 3 Supply Co. of Wyoming: Wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies in Colorado and Wyoming. I expanded operations from one location and seven employees to four locations and twenty employees within ten years. Other accomplishments: • Developed sources for pipe, valves and fittings in Taiwan, S. Korea and Mexico • Sold operations to nation-wide distribution company in late 1994 COMMUNITY SERVICE: Three-time candidate for public office: CO Senate, CO Regional Transportation District, CO House of Representatives; Past chairman, Downtown Democratic Forum; Past president, Downtown Denver Residents Org.(community non-profit org.); VP-Secy, TBM Land Conservancy, Inc.
