With more than two decades of extensive experience in O&M, Facilities, and Project Management, with expertise in energy and water-saving initiatives, E&I engineering, Automation (DCS/PLC), and MEP systems. My experience involves developing and implementing comprehensive facility management plans and schedules to optimize resources and enhance service delivery. I also have comprehensive international experience in Malaysia, Norway, Germany, Italy, Denmark, USA, UAE, China, Jordan, Ethiopia, Sudan, Congo, and India. I also hold a UAE Resident Visa. I am an expert in developing maintenance procedures, managing maintenance budgets, and leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve operational excellence. I excel at developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures that minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions. Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities, I identify areas for improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing maintenance-related budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment and facility upkeep are my areas of excellence. • Doubled revenues from AED 8M pa to AED 17M for fixed AMC contracts and AED 6M to AED 20M for variable works by acquiring 22 new contracts, 11 new clients, and services/verticals. • Rolled out customized functional CAFM system, and new company branding, including logos and website. • Achieved ISO 14001 Facility Management Certification for the company. • Accomplished 30 nos. CAPEX Refurbishment projects for multiple clients worth AED 20M in 2024.
