I am an enthusiast of perfection, goal driven and open for challenges. I possess a vast knowledge in Debt collection, I started as a Debt collector, moved to Legal Secretary/Paralegal; became a Supervisor in charge of forty five members team. As a Paralegal I have dealt with face to face consultation with debtors to resolve queries with the end result of securing settlements and or payment arrangements. I have further addressed Court queries and secured Judgments. Working in Law firms taught me to become more accurate as mistakes could be costly in this environment. I have started the filing system from the scratch, instilled accountability and ensured that the Company has a working filing system. I have successfully been in charge of files in excess of hundred thousand. Completed Matric in 1997, I worked as a Barman and later became a Manager, studied Computer Clerk in 2001 through Boston Business College; PC Technologies through Damelin Business College in 2004. I went to various trainings including the six months supervisory Leadership course provided by Munnik Basson Dagama Inc in 2011. I studied LLB through University of South Africa in 2011 and dropped out on the third year in 2015. I have Completed a Diploma in Paralegal Studies in 2011.
