My journey has spanned a wide range of responsibilities, from picking orders, to managing operations in a sq ft DC facility. I’ve built a strong foundation of expertise across both technical and leadership aspects of the field. I have been recognized for my contributions with multiple awards, including Safety Employee of the Year, Most Improved, and Employee of the Year. I’ve also been honored for achieving a significant milestone multiple times—picking lbs of product in one month with zero errors—highlighting my commitment to efficiency and productivity. In addition to my technical skills, I take pride in mentoring and coaching others, fostering growth within teams, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in every environment I’ve worked in. Whether leading a project or supporting day-to-day operations, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
