I have been active in Real Estate for over forty years with Merrill Lynch, Prudential Florida Realty, Arvida Realty Services and now Coldwell Banker. In every instance these firm changes were due to buyouts. I was Prudential's number one commercial producer worldwide for four years and a top five sales associates (out of worldwide) in the Prudential network for numerous years. My background is commercial, working extensively on hotels and golf courses. Over the past years I have closed: The 280 room six story Doubletree Palm beach gardens. The 223 room DoubleTree Hotel Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, The 365 room Sheraton Atlanta airport, The 360 room Radisson Somerset, New Jersey (now a DoubleTree), The Torry Pines Inn, La Jolla, California, The sale of the land and leasehold interest in the 550 room Marriott Harbor Beach Hotel, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida,The Sheraton Suites at the Fashion Mall, Plantation, and the Sheraton Boca Raton Florida. The 100 room Best Western Ft. Lauderdale The 160 Room Howard Johnson’s Hallandale Beach, and numerous Holiday Inns and limited service hotels. The 160 room Ft. Lauderdale Inn just north of Commercial Boulevard on Federal Highway this property was reflagged as Marriott Fairfield Inn which I subsequently brokered to La Quinta Inns. Three Marriott Residence Inns, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Oklahoma City, and Tucson, Arizona. I brokered a ten-acre ocean front property at Oakland Park and the beach in Ft Lauderdale, the former Galt Mile hotel and Beach hotel totaling 500 rooms. The site is now known as the Le’Hermatage condominiums. I led the presales team marketing the units. Brokered five Florida West Coast golf course properties located in Naples, Sarasota, Tampa and St. Petersburg. I closed numerous South Florida land development parcels for the development of Marriott flagged hotels. I haven't updated my transactions in a while. During 2021/22 I represented the seller ID & Design International in the disposition of a 12,572 Square foot two story office bldg. and the adjacent Chase bank drive through on 1.65 acres at 5100 N Dixie Highway in Oakland Park Fl. The sale price was In this same period I represent the Buyer of a 9,773 square foot retail center anchored by Bank United at 1815-23 E Commercial Blvd Fort Lauderdale Florida This sale was for $8,300,00 Several years later I represented the purchaser of the Bank United Center in it's sale.
