About John McAlister

With over 10 years of experience in operations management, I have successfully led and supervised diverse and unionized work crews in the transportation and aviation industries. As an Operations and Performance Management Professional (OMP) certified by Union Pacific Railroad, I have applied lean management principles and data analysis to improve yard and road operations, customer service, and safety standards. I have also demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in interacting with executives and other stakeholders to address critical business needs. In addition to my operations management expertise, I have a solid background in human resources management and services, with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have provided HR support for over 1200 personnel within outpatient clinics and administration, handling recruitment, payroll, analytics, and policy issues. I have also managed HR functions for aircraft maintenance personnel in the US Air Force, both domestically and globally. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, teams, and organizations to achieve their goals and potential.
