I'm a c-suite specialist that improves performance in organisations by defining a new vision, establishing the strategic direction, overhauling internal operations, improving culture, rebuilding stakeholder relationships and implementing significant change, typically under challenging circumstances with tight deadlines. My social heart is complemented with a commercial brain for a skillset that combines two very different qualities - excellent people skills with a highly strategic, logical and practical mindset. I'm an easy-going but quietly determined type of guy. An awesome dad to two over-indulged teenage girls who are growing up much quicker than I thought they would. As an ex-gymnast, current skateboarder, MMA enthusiast and wannabe surfer, I love being active. I don't bend, bounce or heal like in my younger days and my knees are beginning to tell me to slow down, but I'm still doing my best. A reluctant jogger on account of my love of all things involving sugar/calories. I appreciate the little things in life and make sure that I smile, tell stories and laugh at myself every single day.
