I've been a programmer, SA, BA, & PM on everything from PC to AS\​400 to IBM 3090 to a client server network. Installed PCs & system servers. I've been a consultant, employee, individual contributor, team member, & IT manager. This broad background gives me the knowledge to run IT projects effectively. It’s not critical to have in-depth knowledge to be a good Project Manager, but having the knowhow to complete the deliverables makes me an extremely good planner & effective, focused Project Manager. I received training in all aspects of technical & personnel management. Six sigma trained to be a quality team leader to develop new processes, improve existing job flows, increase production & eliminate errors. Six-sigma gives me the tools to handle quality planning & successfully perform risk management. Knowing the intricacies of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis I positively mitigate any threats. Starting with just a programming certificate, I added on-the-job training. I then earned a Bachelors in Information Systems from DePaul University. I’ve taken over 100 training courses & have taught dozens of classes. I can tackle any IT related project, create an efficient & focused team, & successfully close on time & in budget. Satisfying stakeholders is the first step, making them excited about the finished product is my goal.
