With over 16 years of experience in business development, financial and data analysis, and strategic planning, I am a growth-minded leader and lifelong learner who thrives in fast-paced environments. As a Compliance Analyst at DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc, I leverage my advanced skills in Excel Solver, analytical thinking, and key metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize performance outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
