IDEAL INNOVATIONS INC.(I3), Kandahar AFGHANISTAN Sep 2011 to May 2013 • Operations and Business Manager – Shank (Sep 2011 thru Mar 2012) & Kandahar (Mar 2012 to present) • As a CLS Site Lead, I was responsible for providing O&M support on IEDD/Route Clearance/Protect Forces (PF) technology (e.g. Spark Track Width, Spark Plus, Spark OEF, Spark II, Spark OIF, Jackal, Ground Torch, Rhino, Cyclone, Fido, Sherlock and Electric Calilgo). Additionally, I provided system integration/installation onto vehicle systems, conducted studies/analyses, parts management and asset tracking, performed equipment repair and troubleshooting, and training for the entire range of PM IEDD/PF equipment and anti-terrorism technology. Moreover, I also gave maintenance support,(defined as repair, rebuild, parts replacement, and troubleshooting), to allow the Army to proceed with its designated IEDD/PF missions. Furthermore, I also completed daily, weekly and monthly site reports covering personnel, equipment status & accountability, inventory, logistics support, customer assistance and technical support services to Army units with PM IEDD/PF equipment. It was also my responsibility to schedule site personnel for fly away missions to outlying Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) and Combat Operating Bases (COBs), for new equipment training, R&R and surge missions o Provide reports to corporate management on employee morale, concerns, and successes.
