When I started out as an undergraduate years ago, I found myself in a French steel factory to deliver a database project with no English documentation or understanding of French … that year kept me humble and taught me how to connect with others to achieve common goals - a rewarding activity that continues ever since. Meticulous data centric approach. Sanguine about ongoing business challenges. My main motivation is to build a great team around a best in class vision. Currently I am focused on delivering the key outcomes needed from a global service supply chain as part of our customer success and support organization So far I have realized that I can: • keep the customer at the center of everything - delivering on commitments and meeting performance goals • be accountable for a business unit with doubled service contracts in 3 years and a budget of $M50+ • can govern third parties, build processes, and deliver exec level reporting • build, manage, and grow global teams (up to 30 people) with diverse skill sets, cultures and matrixed structures • identify and deliver key outcomes and quickly adapt to new learnings : technical, financial, compliance and more. I have enjoyed many positions and accomplishments through persistence, diligence and empathy. Including product development, professional services, technical support, IT, service introduction, NPI, quality, reverse supply chain, vendor management and have had my own service consulting company. Along the way I have learned things about myself, I: • focus on making high-quality decisions and validate with data • like to be constantly learning and drive myself to be a better person • enjoy meeting new people and hearing new points of view • am intrigued by modern technology - and its limitations • stay calm when faced with difficulties
