Experienced consultant with over 14 years supporting various projects. Over 11 years of experience in the IT space specializing in computer management, configuration, software management and support, and hardware management and support of Army Information Systems in a DoD environment. Experienced level I & II Helpdesk Technician and level Desktop Support Technician. Able to document and resolve issues as they arise. Able to effectively communicate complicated C4IM issues and concepts to end users in relatable terms and analogies. I have experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware/software components. I have experience in training, reporting, responding to/resolving customer requests, and an attention to detail. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I have written continuity and procedural documentation, wide-reaching email correspondence, and drafted OPORD’s and Memorandums. I have conducted presentations and training to groups of peers, clients, and superiors. I have been instrumental in the support of multiple taskings for Cadet Command, such as revamping and expanding the Cadet Summer Training Service Desk, the migration of staff from Windows 7 to Windows 10 operating systems, the coordination of FORSCOM assets to support to Cadet Summer Training S6 functions, and solely operated as a pilot program to provide G6 support to the Junior School of Cadet Command Headquarters on Ft. Knox. In these roles I have repeatedly shown that I work well both as part of a team or independently, I can lead teams effectively, and that I can find creative solutions to complex problems. I have proven myself to be flexible, observant, hard working, and capable of formulating plans/strategies for assigned tasks.
