I am an experienced finance Programme and Project Manager, looking for contracting or interim opportunities. My track record is one of high-quality delivery from initial vision through planning and strategising to controlling and delivery. My work delivers greater organisational efficiency for a wide range of public and private sector clients by creating more effective, secure financial management, systems and processes. Having worked as an independent consultant in numerous sectors, my key strengths are rapid relationship building with clients and stakeholders, deep analysis of current and future process and system designs, robust quality assurance and successful delivery of ERP optimisations or complete deployments in complex organisations. I have managed projects for environments in excess of users, re-engineered existing usage to deliver futureproofed processes and migrated newly acquired businesses into existing operations. My primary aims are to ensure stakeholder / business sponsor collaboration, agreement and alignment, to develop high performing delivery teams who achieve maximum benefit realisation. My clients range from local and national government bodies and global service providers to telecoms companies; many of whom I have returned to several times. My roles have included programme and project management, short-term interim management positions and longer term delivery roles, covering project initiation, planning, design, configuration and quality delivery achieving full benefits realisation in complex organisations.
