Timmons Group provide construction surveying services. Buchanan Contracting Services, Inc. provide Accounting, Human Resources, and Administrative services, provides excavating & utility service. As the a Manager for GPS Support, I review plans and construct Terramodel 3-D models utilizing (Trimble Business Center). I routinely contact suppliers (sanitary, water & storm sewer pipe, stone, pavement & concrete suppliers) to develop cost estimates. In this position, I regularly work with localities to ensure compliance with County and State construction regulations (utility) and work with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with the work provided by the firm. In this position I provide costs estimates for bids on construction site works. I perform site visits and record my findings in (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) as RLD (Responsible Land Disturber).
