I'm a creative Knowledge Management professional with over 20 years of experience in building and managing information systems. I can create knowledge management magic on a shoestring or make a million-dollar system sing, and either way, I'll build an experience people want to repeat. Technical mastery is important to me, and I've developed expertise in every system I've used over the years. I enjoy discovering new ways to use these tools to deliver value, and I will find and leverage what the tools do best. You can come to me to learn the best way to use our systems, or you can delegate results to me and trust that I'll deliver. Beyond systems, I believe knowledge management revolves around great content and great people. Our systems should amplify expertise, not replace it, and I enjoy meeting experts around the company and bringing them into the information ecosystems. I also enjoy collecting, organizing, and curating content, including building taxonomies and presenting the most important knowledge assets in an accessible way. Recently, I've built learning and development skills through managing learning experience platforms such as Degreed and LinkedIn Learning. I thoroughly enjoy curating learning for an organization, both to support business strategy and delight learners at the same time.
