With over 25 years of experience in the hot tub industry, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional people across all US states, Canada, and Western Europe. During this time, I have delivered, serviced, sold, worked on molds, built, consulted, and talked about spas extensively. My journey with Wellis began when I stumbled upon their revolutionary products at a trade show in Atlantic City. The quality and value of their offerings, combined with phenomenal marketing support and excellent product design, truly impressed me, so much so that I decided there and then that I wanted to work with this company. As Sales Director, I am currently responsible for managing channel conflicts, ensuring rep management, and overseeing internal logistics in North America. In both my personal and professional life, I strive to adhere to a set of guiding principles, including kindness, progress, and resourcefulness. I make it a priority to bring solutions to the table, never problems, and to be a valuable resource for my clients, not a hindrance. I believe in leaving things better than I found them, and I am dedicated to continuous growth and improvement. Outside of work, I am a full-time dad and granddad, with a deep commitment to my family. I love spending time with my grandkids and exploring new hobbies and interests, from writing and playing music through extreme sports to gardening. I make it my mission to learn something new every day, constantly pushing myself to broaden my horizons and deepen my understanding of the world.
