About John Michael Daly

As an experienced operations professional with over 20 years in emergency management and response, I've dedicated my career to integrating whole community considerations into FEMA's policies, procedures, and operations. My expertise lies in developing strategic partnerships with state, local, and tribal leadership, non-profit, and the private sector managing projects through the disaster cycle, and ensuring whole community involvement in preparedness, response, and recovery operations. I'm a trained facilitator and have spoken at the National Hurricane Conference and have facilitated emergency management tabletop and full scale exercises at the federal, state, and local levels. I've also and developed emergency management training on multiple topics relating to the implimentation of indivdual assistance and supporting local governments response and recovery operations.
