About John Miner

I am knowledgeable, experienced and certified in the residential construction, including multi-family residents, as well as commercial construction industries. I leveraged my early work experience, managing warehouse and sales operations, and applied this to the construction industry. This allowed me to successfully transition to a construction business owner. In this capacity I marketed my skills and expertise in residential construction and remodels, allowing my company to complete a variety of residential construction projects. Eager to explore other avenues of construction, I began working in mixed use commercial/residential construction. Taking that same approach to this industry, I have used my ability to motivate the team, organize resources, and ensure that the scope of the project is delivered to the specifications of the contract by the job completion date. With my experience, I am a self-motivated team member, detail oriented with excellent communication skills. I look forward to connecting with you, to discuss how I can be an asset to your team.
