Previously, I led customer success, technical support, and professional service teams for SatuitCRM, a financial services CRM company exclusively built for Investment Managers. I also worked closely with Sales Executives and Product teams to build and solution product demos to meet prospect requirements. At SatuitCRM, I demonstrated the ability to lead teams responsible for deploying and supporting on premise and hosted software. Additionally, led compliance, operations, and support teams as co founder of mobile wallet startup(ShareNPay), which we bootstrapped to market.
