About John Mix

I am a geospatial analyst and marketer who graduated from the University of Missouri in May with a GIS degree (BA) and a marketing degree (BSBA). Being a person with many different interests and areas of study, I have a unique skillset that utilizes communication to build strong, two-way relationships that prove to enhance my effectiveness in technical projects. I have been utilizing GIS software for more than a year to analyze and present spatial data that informs decision makers. As Category Management Analyst Intern at Rust-Oleum Corporation, I have experience learning new software, integrating different sources of information to provide insights and recommendations to our customers, and organizing large data sets that are utilized interdepartmentally to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
