About John Morley

I am an apprenticeship assessor in the Engineering department based at Wallsend. I have been in education since 2019 and have been teaching and assessing apprentices since then. I have a passion for both engineering and apprenticeships and believe that the sector is one of the best for offering apprenticeships to the next generation. If you are interested in using the college as an apprenticeship provider I will strive to meet the following: • Effective assessing of the apprentice and tracking of learning to ensure that they achieve in their end point assessment. • A passion for engineering that I will try to pass on to the apprentices. • A strong work ethic and determination to do the best for the apprentice and employer. • An honest relationship built on trust and open communication. • A flexible approach where needed and to work as a team to ensure the best result for apprentice. • To offer advice and guidance to both employer and apprentice.
