I am a performance-driven, capable Leader with 6+ years of experience in the day-to-day operations in the telecommunication industry. Sonic Internet was my first job in the telecommunication industry. I was hired on to their Horizontal Directional Drill(HDD) team, an excellent environment for me to learn and gain valuable experience. with the help of an excellent mentor, and an exceptional team, In my 2+years with Sonic I cut my teeth in Heavy Equipment operation, white lining jobs, blue steak procedure, instalation of fiber-optic networks (home & business), Utility Easements, right of way, as-builts, jobsite awareness, jobsite/construction safety, importance of clear communication, and leadership through accountability, integrity and example. I left the bay area in 2015 and accepted a job with Thorco Inc, an electrical contractor located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This company allowed me to utilize my HDD experience while expanding my knowledge of safety protocol and installation standards of primary and secondary power infrastructure. I completed a year of electrical school, gained experience in commercial power installation, overhead power pole placement, bucket truck use and fqll protection safety standards. in 2017 i hit the road and took a job with Horizontal Solutions Llc, specializing in placement of crude oil infrastructure in the Mid-Continent Oil Field province. The importance of safety culture, preparation and coordination couldn't be overstated with this type of work. I enjoyed accumulating information, such as bore length, diameter of steel pipe and existing pipelines in the proposed bore path. With this information I created a precise bore profile with depth and +- pitch every 20 feet to be executed by the HDD team. From laborer, to Operator and as Foreman I've successfully been a key player in the installation of telecommunication, primary and secondary power,and crude oil infrastructure. From Pre- Construction Planning and Team Building to Interpreting blueprints and leading a team to project completion while maintaining an incident free, productive environment.
