Mid sized Ice Cream Manufacture based in Reservoir Victoria. Victorian Territory Manager, managing south eastern suburbs and the Mornington & Bellarine Peninsulas as well as Gippsland. Objectives: Build sales revenue while maintaining current customer base. 2004 – Victorian State Manager Managing Key Victorian Accounts consisting of Foodservice Distributors and high volume direct accounts/customers Managing Victorian Sales Team, assisted in setting budgets, KPI’S, performance reviews, sales support. 2010 – National Sales Manager Managing National Sales Team, National Key Account Management, setting strategies for sales growth, managing promotional programs, Assist in Product development, Manage Tender submissions, Review pricing models for increase implantation, analyze reports to identify & correct margin erosion. Also consulting – From my years of experience I have in many cases offered consulting on the set up and management of successful independent Ice Cream outlets. During my 22 years at Everest I have been a part of a sales growth from six million PA in 1996 to thirty million in 2017.
