My work addresses pressing environmental and social issues at the national, city and community level. • Leader of project finance, benefitting over 10 million people and reducing a million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent of greenhouse gas emissions. • Advisor, innovator and study leader, informing decision makers in countries and cities and towns on infrastructure, urban development, public services, water resources, climate resilience and climate change mitigation. • Communicator and educator of complex financial, technical and policy issues to a diversity of audiences through publications, multi-media, web-based platforms, training and peer-to-peer exchanges.
