Responsible for managing all aspects of the relationships with twenty five mid to large bank and broker/dealer clients and two service bureaus, for Asset Servicing and Settlement (DTC subsidiary), Equity Clearance (NSCC subsidiary) as well as the Government Securities and Mortgage-backed securities (FICC subsidiary). Role involves ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery as well as the sale of new products into the client base. Role affords the unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor to clients. Key accomplishments include: Relationship Strategy • Manage cross company relationship teams focused on delivery of the franchise to the client. • Manage and execute multi-year projects aimed at supporting client’s business strategy. Sales and Business Development • Increase business revenues through sale of new products. • Provide client feedback on new product opportunities and product enhancements to Product Management and senior management. • Spokesperson for industry committees including the Regulatory & Clearance Committee of SIFMA Service and Operations • Manage service delivery across operations and client service teams to ensure stable and reliable performance. Legal and Regulatory Compliance • Responsible for and key contributor to compliance with DTCC policy and procedures (AML, BSA etc.) relative to portfolio of customers and membership applicants.
