International experience running a factory with a commecial business and Research & Development division. As General Director, I am responsible for all aspects of running a business; day to day direction, long term growth strategy, financials/budget/business planning, human resource management, business development and sales. I manage partner relationships, organize and provide leadership for the board of directors. My goal is to continue leading businesses as General Director. Specialties: My background is in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, International Bus. Mgmt, Systems Engineering. My specialties are adapting to a work environment and successfully leading a business. My areas of expertise are in aero and industrial gas turbine engines. I have engine development experience and a large measure of material experience in alloys and high technology coatings. I have much practical manufacturing experience and knowledge of running a lean high performance factory.
