Utilize a flowchart to highlight the steps that document independent actions that an employee will use to perform their jobs. Demonstrate diverse, analytical skills to generate succinct and precise lines of questioning during interviews to accurately capture the interviewee’s job process. Refined all my job skills “on the fly” without the benefit of formal training. Coordinate the final proofing meeting with high end corporate officers to review and approve the finalized policy. Additional duties: • Host Analyze current corporate policy to prioritize objectives in need on revamping. • Identify the best prospect(s), with the highest skills base in their respective area; then coordinate the interview with the “subject matter experts” to extract germane data for the new policy. Construct appendices that delineate exact processes required for specific job areas that are needed to eliminate vagueness in a particular job duty. • Establish quality control procedures to confirm critical job skills via multiple interviews with additional “subject matter experts”, identifying common denominators among them. • Attended a writing skills seminar in Edwardsville designed to enhance and refine writing competencies as they relate to my job goals and objectives. • Utilize Microsoft Visio to create a computer generated flowchart that illustrates the sequence of events that occur during the execution of a subject’s job duties/performance. • Reconcile the flow chart with the subject matter experts to check for accuracy.
