PROFILE I am the IT Operations Manager at Inland Revenue. This role is responsible for IT operations and IT operational governance across both infrastructure and applications based on ITIL principles for both internal teams and outsourced partners. I have a particular strength in the development and implementation of IT strategy for business outcomes. I understand information technology, what it is capable of delivering and how to apply this technology for business success and for business value. I am passionate about customer satisfaction and deliver continuous improvement programmes to lift performance. I work directly with business groups to prioritise IT activates to achieve their outcomes. I develop people and teams to achieve their best and encourage relationships through understanding of the issues and problems and by creating an atmosphere of trust by all parties I have been described as a self-starter, intuitive, dependable and someone who demonstrates integrity in all aspects of both professional and social life.
