I am an Airforce and Army veteran with thirty years of public service and private sector experience. A lifetime of diverse educational opportunities are the cornerstones of my ability to adapt to any environment with innovation and perseverance. My work and life experience has developed my knowledge, abilities, and network to analyze situations, evaluate appropriate actions, and create positive outcomes. One of my primary skillsets is leading people to organizational change using education, positive leadership, and developed proficiency to instill a culture of success. This results in sustainable and lasting change from within the team through adoption of shared goals. Motivating individuals to embrace challenges, take ownership of missions, and collaborate with others creates a positive team environment steeped in respect, peer support, and reasonable expectations from leadership to followership. These are my guiding principles in all my undertakings.
