THERAPY AND COUNSELING: Performed screenings, assessments/evaluations, testing, obtaining authorization on behalf of clients, and treatment planning. Facilitated nine hours of group therapy and educational programming weekly. Assisted clients in resolving problems through individual therapy; making progress documentation, case management, consultation and discharge planning. Screened and assessed all substance abuse consultation requests from staff, patients and families.
