John started his career working as a software developer with some of the leading e-learning software companies in Ireland and UK before moving into Project Management with Thirdforce. In 2008 he made the move to Finance Services and as a senior PMP Certified IT Project Manager with Arvato Financial Solutions (A Bertelsmann Company) he was instrumental in managing the roll out of major billing and payments projects for large fortune 500 tech corporations. John started with Blue Tree System before the subsequent take over by ORBCOMM and is currently leading the Professional Services Division for transport, with the aim of growing the division, and making it the first port of call for Clients, Integrators and Partners where there is a Webservice requirement. The division aims to build out integration, partner and device opportunities for ORBCOMM's existing clients whilst arming sales with a wider range of saleable offerings to enhance future customer sales. John has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis from University College Galway, Ireland.
