I am currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Newtek Merchant Solutions. Previously, I served as the Chief Growth Officer for Nationwide TFS, a financial technology company and the largest electronic payments provider for the Chapter 13 bankruptcy industry, processing $2 billion in payments annually. Its services support all key stakeholders in the bankruptcy process, including attorneys, trustees, debtors, and employers. I am in an executive leadership role, specifically focused on identifying, developing and launching new and innovative products, services and strategic partnerships to provide a broader set of consumer payment choices and drive profitable revenue growth. Prior to my current role, I was the Head of Marketing Operations for Citi’s US Consumer Business. I worked across the Consumer business to help define strategy, prioritize all marketing initiatives and manage the execution and delivery of integrated, cross-channel marketing communications, including direct responsibility for all marketing channels. My background in the financial services space is diverse and unique. I have a wealth of experience gained from leading strategy, execution, operations and analytic functions across franchises and through various business cycles. My career began in Financial Control and Analytic roles and expanded to include senior leadership roles in Operations, Risk Management, Product Management and Marketing. I have a proven track record of maximizing business outcomes through building and leading successful teams, delivering financial results, driving transformation and fostering strong partnerships.
