I am a seasoned and versatile Information Technology software development, test, infrastructure operations, and project management professional. With years of technical and managerial IT experience, my skill set spans all areas of software development and infrastructure & operations methodology and delivery. I have studied and applied Lean Thinking as well as Agile Mindset & DevOps implementation and best practice adoption coaching & team transformation. I have excelled in roles as a software developer and tester; I also have performed objective setting, performance management, career coaching, and other administrative duties while operating as an HR servant people leader of mid-to-large-sized technical teams. I have hands-on experience that include user requirements analysis, software development, manual software testing, automated software development & testing, software production deployment/support, and project management. Currently a technical and supervisory leader for two software develop teams (12 total associates) that build automation solutions for Nationwide's Infrastructure & Operations Organization. In addition to using and evangelizing Enterprise adopted tools, frameworks, and infrastructure fulfillment in the AWS cloud, the two teams have been coached and trained/certified to operate with a lean and agile mindset and associated practices. I am also a Certified Agile Leader and have led the successful Agility transformation of a number of software and infrastructure teams. Previous experience at IBM & AT & T included serving as Technical Manager and team lead for software development and test teams.
