As the founder of 3 Cubed Performance, I leverage my 35+ years of experience as a senior healthcare executive to help companies, leadership teams, and CEOs create and sustain a high-performance culture and operating process. I have a unique blend of launching successful small to mid-size companies, leading transformation initiatives for large Fortune 100 companies, and advising emerging growth companies for the past 13 years. I also serve as a senior advisor to private equity and investment banking firms where I assist in the development of the merchant banking practice targeting healthcare companies looking for growth strategies and operations improvement, and as a senior fellow at Jefferson College of Population Health. My core competencies include organizational effectiveness, executive management, healthcare AI, tech-enabled service platforms, and value-based care. My mission is to support clinical and technological innovation and create equity value for shareholders. I have held roles as CEO, president, COO, and SVP of major business units, and have been involved in board roles at multiple healthcare companies. Throughout my career I helped position two early stage companies for IPO, executed transformation initiatives for two Fortune 100 companies achieving top shareholder performance status and have been advising emerging growth companies for the past thirteen years for successful transactions and shareholder wealth. I have held operating roles that include CEO, President, COO and SVP which include founding executive positions at Allscripts and Premise Health, leadership positions at Siemens Health and Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) and Board roles at Align Health, NueHealth, Benefits Administrators, Healthcare Re, MUVE Health and ValueHealth.
