Now as an inside Account Manager at Hilti, I specialize in understanding and fulfilling our customers' needs by providing them with the highest quality construction tools and consumables on the market. My role involves making meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer leaves our facility satisfied and equipped with the best possible solutions for their projects. With knowledge of our products and a commitment to excellence, I strive to make construction better and drive success for both our customers and Hilti. From 2021 to 2023, I pursued my Bachelor's in Business Administration at Illinois State University. This immersive experience allowed me to delve into diverse disciplines within business, from finance to management, honing my skills and perspectives. Additionally, as an integral part of our university's esteemed hockey program during those years, I cultivated teamwork and leadership abilities on and off the ice that will certainly contribute to future professional careers.
