About John Patrone

I am a family man with a drive and desire to make it in the business and investing world. I am college educated, but my real education didn't begin until I entered the real estate industry in 2007, a horrible time to be selling pre-development land! I joined the US Coast Guard Reserves in 2008 and currently serve. I then fell back on my family roots and opened up Patronies Pizza, Inc. in 2009 in Holden Beach, NC. Business has been great and we've expanded our building several times to accommodate the year-over-year continued growth. The restaurant business is not an investment, it is truly a hands on business with many challenges and its through the many challenges that I have learned some of my greatest lessons. My business life has taught me how to roll with the punches and keep pressing on. In 2016, together with my partners, we formed a real estate company focused on building a rental unit portfolio, rehabbing properties, property wholesaling, and consulting. With several deals underway, we are primed for great things! I guess I would describe myself as a self-starting, business guy. I have amassed an abundance of skills and abilities from being in business that could never be learned from afar, but must be lived through to truly grasp. I am eager to learn much more.
