About John Paul Smith

As a Strategic Consultant and Command Chaplain within the U.S. Army, I lead and oversee the religious support operations for over personnel across the Indo-Pacific region. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership, a Master's in Strategic Studies and two additional Masters degrees in Theology, I bring a unique perspective and expertise to the corporate world and military chaplaincy, combining academic research, strategic planning, and crisis action management. I have 27 years of experience in developing and implementing innovative programs, curricula, and initiatives that enhance the well-being, resilience, and performance of individuals and organizations. I am also an adjunct professor of business at Northwest University, where I teach and mentor students in leadership, management, and entrepreneurship. I am passionate about contributing to the personal and professional growth of others, and I leverage my skills and knowledge as an organizational leadership consultant and educator.
