About John Peak

I am an Assistant Vice President for the Lockton Dunning Benefits practice in New Orleans, Louisiana, with 8 years of industry experience. Throughout my career, I have primarily focused on health and welfare benefits consulting for employers with 100 or more full-time employees. I am driven by helping clients solve for effectively managing costs while maintaining a best-in-class benefits package for the employees of my clients. I take pride in providing a first-class customer service experience. This includes providing timely, accurate information that is actionable by both HR and C-Suite teams alike. My most recent accomplishments include implementing a specialty prescription drug program that saved an employer annually. Furthermore, I have recently implemented unique employee benefit captive solutions ranging from voluntary benefits captives to stop loss captives. I have worked closely with clients in developing strategic communication campaigns to help reach multigenerational workforces understand the true value of their benefits packages. In addition to my primary job functions, I was recognized in 2018 by my colleagues for my extraordinary commitment to integrity. I began my collegiate career as an NCAA student athlete at Clemson University and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University.
