John is an experienced Senior Manager, specializing in leadership and team building, startups, problem solving, business process improvements, labour relations and bargaining, Indigenous Joint Ventures; John was accountable for over $175M in operations, managed more than 2,500 employees across 16 locations, 11 collective agreements, 30 customer contracts and 2 Joint Venture agreements. Achieved improvement in operations, employee engagement, safety, and financial results. Built and maintained strong customer, employee, union relationships, and was proactive in problem-solving as well as analyzing and improving efficiency. John took an active role in employee development and HR matters. John has over 21 years in senior management roles in the areas of maintenance, operations, executive management while fostering and maintaining a strong ethical culture. My expertise lies in proven leadership and project over sight with attention to detail over 33 years in the transportation industry, with strengths in maintenance, operations, customer service and business development that is supported by exceptional communication, vision and strategic planning. I have a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM). I have overseen negotiation of two Indigenous Joint Venture agreements and worked with several First Nations for the betterment of both parties.
