About John Pennekamp

Based out of our Philadelphia office, I help lead our local studio and support the needs of our clients on the East Coast. Additionally, as part of the BRR leadership team, I contributing to broader strategic initiatives of the company at a national level. My work spans a diverse range of projects, including retail, grocery, industrial, and hospitality. Over the last few years my specific focus has been on adaptive reuse of existing urban buildings to grocery store conversions in the New York City area. Currently, I serve as the program manager for several large grocery retail clients, overseeing projects on a national scale. This role has provided me with valuable experience navigating various jurisdictions and regulatory environments across the country. I enjoy collaborating with large teams, building long-term relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our clients' needs while contributing positively to the communities we serve.
