As a veteran of the global pharmaceutical industry, I am dedicated to bringing new therapies to market, driving innovation, and improving patient outcomes. By leveraging systematic processes to collect, enter, clean, and process data gathered during clinical research projects, I ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical trial data while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and guidelines. From developing data management plans to overseeing all clinical data management procedures, I manage end-to-end data workflows and ensure integrity and traceability, which fuels modern evidence-based medicine. In my current role with Centessa Pharmaceuticals, I define and implement data deliverables, which span design, processing, coding, validation, and quality checks. I also optimize processes along the value chain, using existing data and technology to provide stakeholders with accurate, real-time data that drives decision-making. In addition, some of the key highlights of my career include the following achievements: Created and automated data analysis and presentation workflows to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Centessa’s new narcolepsy drug, reducing turnaround time from 2 weeks to real-time. Established Theseus Pharmaceuticals’ first data management department as SME, integrating advanced technology and defining frameworks that streamlined processes and ensured high-quality data outputs. Transitioned Momenta trials into the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) portfolio, aligning processes, managing vendors, training staff, and providing critical data insights to expand the portfolio.
