With 10+ years of management, sales, and marketing experience in various industries including finance, technology, agriculture, real estate, and retail, I have developed a broad skill set and a wide range of qualifications. My greatest skill however is the ability to build strong relationships, which I believe is the most important life skill of all. I have a passion for coaching and developing personnel, I fulfill this passion daily as the Manager of Business Lending Operations, supporting a large team of commercial credit professionals for one of the largest credit unions in Canada. I'm thankful to be a part of an outstanding organization, which shares my values of community support, continued education, teamwork, and innovation. I am a highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. I learn quickly and value enthusiasm, positive attitudes, and creative thinking. I have high expectations for both myself and the teams I support.
