During the rollout of Microsoft Office365, I served as a Digital Champion, helping colleagues adopt smarter workflows and explore the full potential of MS Office tools. I also contributed to the setup of SharePoint sites and Teams environments, enhancing collaboration across teams. With over 30 years at Volvo CE, my experience spans: Assembling wheel loader axles, transmission parts, pumps, and valves * Building custom test rigs for durability testing * Manning test cells in engine development * Working as a parts engineer in aftermarket * Leading and coaching in the Operational Development program focused on continuous improvement I’ve found my niche at Volvo, where my responsibilities align perfectly with my personality and values. Beyond my civilian career, I bring a strong foundation of discipline and leadership from my military service:* In 1996, I served as a Deputy Squad Leader for NATO forces in Bosnia, contributing to peacekeeping and operational coordination.* From to I was deployed as a soldier in Kosovo, again under NATO command, where I supported mission-critical operations in a complex international environment. These experiences have shaped my resilience, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure—qualities I carry into my professional life. Outside of work, I enjoy healthy living, working out, fly-fishing, hiking, and adventure/enduro riding on my KTM 690 Enduro R. Nature and exploration fuel my energy and creativity.
