I have the unique combination of 16 years of successful field sales and sales management experience in highly competitive medical device sales markets, additionally years of success building a growing, profitable business in the home remodel and construction field. In both arenas, I have been able to demonstrate the ability to build strong teams that achieve aggressive growth objectives through solid strategic planning and relentless focus on revenue growth. I'm loyal to a fault and enjoy seeing a company and its team experience success. I have developed several effective business plans that have provided my teams with a roadmap to personal growth and development as well as financial success. One of my strongest skills is the ability to gain an understanding of what someone wants and then help them with the solution. This comes from a leadership style that is by example, providing mentorship, creating morale within the team, and critical analyzation of company history of success and losses.
